Since childhood days playing the ukelele, Paul has taught himself to play a number of instruments, mainly of the stringed variety. Having been involved with a variety of bands, Paul has made appearances on radio and TV and has trodden the same boards as Nick Drake at 'The 12 Bar Club' in London!

Paul first heard Nick Drake's 'Five Leaves Left' album in the mid '80s and was inspired by its haunting and melancholic qualities.

Mutual appreciation of Nick Drake prompted a natural progression to working with Mike to produce a tribute to 'the man himself';.
